Donna King — Founding Member & Principal Consultant
Donna King is the Founding Member and Principal Consultant of King Community Strategies, LLC. She brings over 15 years of experience in grant administration, oversight, and compliance. Donna earned her Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Central Florida and is AICP certified.
With extensive technical expertise in housing and community development programs, as well as direct experience working with Urban County-qualified agencies—both as a responsible entity and as a consultant—Donna offers a practical, solutions-driven approach to helping communities meet their development goals while maintaining compliance with grant requirements.
Her additional experience includes private consulting on HUD entitlement programs and CDBG-DR initiatives, along with housing compliance work for a faith-based owner of HUD multifamily project-based rental assistance properties.
